I have a friend who purchased her first gun a few weeks ago. She needed ammo so I pointed her to your website for some Federal HST boxes. She made the order but apparently it was held up because she failed to upload her FOID card (IL resident). She has since sent it in but has not heard back. The order still shows as being on hold and her emails have not been answered and she cant get anyone on the phone. Can anyone shoot me an IM and I can give order info to you to see if she can get the boxes shipped out? Thank you. ETA...I just heard that the ammo is on the way to her. Thank you |
