| Been trying to certify my eForm 4 at my dealer since last Friday, when ATF slightly changed the eForm, and it apparently broke your Full auto software. Still won’t allow to move past the questions page because it doesn’t register that all of the questions are answered. What is being done to fix this? |
| I've tried numerous times over the past 3 days with no success. The email link often sends me to a black page. Other times it enters the ATF system, then hangs at "serial number" and subsequently fails. The final screen thanks you for using their flawed system. |

If so, ATF has an known issue that they are trying to fix. |

Well, I know why the SS/ATF software failed the numerous attempts to certify my form 4. SOMEONE (don't know if SS or dealer) entered the serial number incorrectly on the submitted form 4. The receipt for the suppressor did not include the SN and I never saw the form 3, and in retrospect I should have requested a copy. I started over with new documents on Monday, and once SS realized I did not need to purchase a new stamp things progressed relatively smoothly, with the form 4 successfully submitted moments ago. |
