Ordered and paid for a rifle in early March with a predicted delivery date of June 16th. It is now July 16th. Multiple attempts to get an updated status has been impossible. Promises to get a callback, or to be handed off to someone who can tell me or the dealer anything useful has been pointless. The dealer is getting the same treatment as I. I get my dealer isn't EuroOptics or Primary Arms with a distributor level agreement, but why accept an order and ghost everyone? Why can't Geissle give us any update? I can deal with a slip in schedule if I know why and how long it is expected, but nothing in response is unacceptable. Best Regards, Sid |

Curious why you ordered from Geissele instead of a dealer? It's well known that it's a total crapshoot ordering direct from them. EDIT: Dealer meaning an actual store that shows IN STOCK instead of a Geissele dealer that "Can order you one" |

I have a good local FFL that I patronize as well. Good pricing on the rifle as well. |

Got to the orders desk at Geissele, and with a harshly worded email, that they forwarded to the planning department that was ignoring them too, and was told to expect something after Halloween and before Thanksgiving. Never expected this to turn out like an NFA purchase 20 years ago. |
