As previously stated, it is not compatible. But it could have been. A while back (2-3 years? something like that) @Green0 drew up the necessary changes to make the Vortex G6A4 compatible with Gate-Lok suppressors, I was in contact with Smith Enterprises and about to order 100 of the modified units...then they ghosted me without explanation, so that fell through.Big fan of Griffin's 3-prong stealth flash hider though. A few of those and a bunch of Wilson A2s are on pretty much all my stuff now. |

I had made one flash suppressor with them before, but it was for a suppressor that wasn’t successful so it was a one time thing. I’m sure they have had a mixed bag of custom projects and that may get to be sort of undesirable business. |

Y’all had a longer closed tine model that had a raised ring like a half inch back from the mouth, but it went away with the introduction of the Nato mount cans, which they were not compatible with. A couple other Gate Lok mounts also went away. Any extended mount compatible with both has to have open tines up front to fit around the stops in the Nato adapter:  I think all current Gate Lok devices work with both mount types. Not certain of that, because I haven’t checked all of them. |

The m4sdk for sure in the am line wouldn’t be compatible anymore with that. The longer flash suppressor would be a little better, but probably it would only come back if some kind of contract requested it. The short closed tine flash suppressor works pretty good, and fits all cans. We are considering playing with slm designs on a hybrid muzzle device although there is very little room to do much in the tiny footprint. |
