I have an order from 3/2 that still shows as "Form 3 Submitted - Pending BATFE approval ". That's 8 weeks today. The ATF timelines listed on your website say you are getting back Form 3s from the last week in February. However, other folks and other dealers are telling me they are getting them back regularly at the 30-day mark. What's up?

| They come back when they come back is the easy answer... there's not a lot we can really do on our end of things. If they get way past dates that they should be, we can call and try to get them pushed through faster. Unfortunately, that's all on the ATF's side of things. There are a LOT that are taking much longer than "usual." That being said, usual has been 30-120 days over the past couple years... all depends on ATF resource allocation and how fast they want to act on them. |

I am waiting on F3 approvals for an GA M4SDK and a RECCE 5 |
