| I've got roll pin punches, I've got roll pin starter punches (hollow), but the adjustment mechanism on the Faxon AGB means it doesnt' fit the standard low profile bench block. But I think even the starter side is just incredibly tight. Too tight for the pliers method. Roll pins are 5/64 x 5/16" from midway. Finally I checked on the drill size for a 5/64" roll pin, so I drilled it with a #46 drill bit and voila. It did shave a hair off. Snug but no longer mushrooming pins. Went in smoothly with channel locks. |
