I just purchased a 2016 NIB Colt AR-15A4 because I wanted one that had a roll marked lower and C stamps. I don’t like the newer cheap looking laser engraved lowers and I don’t care for QR stamps or cage codes either. I initially thought the rifle was going to be one that came with just an A2 FSB because there was no F mark on the left side in the pics. Upon further inspection of all the pics, there is an F on the right side of the FSB. It appears to be a genuine stamp and not a forging. Here are the pics for review and opinion. I never seen an F on the right and I’ve owned or have been issues plenty of F marked Colt’s over the years.   |
