The MEAN EndoMag is a magazine insert that converts your Gen 2 or Gen 3 5.56/.223 PMAG housing into a 9mm magazine to use with a standard AR lower and 9mm upper of your choosing with a Glock or Colt variant 9mm BCG. We offer both a version with an ejector (for standard blowback bolts) and an ejectorless version (for our Bearing Delay and CMMG Radial Delay systems). That particular magazine loading aid/tool was an Olympic Arms (OA) product. As OA went out of business in early 2020, buying from them is no longer possible. That said, I do not know who made the tool as OA did, in fact, use outside sources for some of the parts and accessories that they sold, while making "major components" (OA's terminology) in house. In any case, perhaps you could prevail upon MEAN into producing or outsourcing such a tool or similar as there is no real inventive work/engineering expense needed. Just a few measurements and tooling. As I don't have and do not ever intend to have Endomags, I have no interest and only provided the photo as a service to the ARFCOM community. Best of luck. Thanks for posting pics. My three are the 1st gen with the factory ejector delete. Besides the "wings" (feed lip extensions?), the feed ramp angle seems less steep. When mine malfunctions, it's the rounds hitting high on the chamber mouth. @MEAN_Arms, should I dig them all up to be sent back? They were ordered directly. |
