| Just wanted to give Earl at IWC a shout- out and say thanks for all the help with my light mount. My wife accidentally threw out the mounting plate and associated screws for my IWC Scout light mount during one of her frenzied house cleaning episodes. I sent Earl an email on a Sunday night detailing what happened and asked him how I could order those parts. Earl replied to my email that night, saying that he would send me out the needed parts free of charge. I received the parts yesterday and I am good to go... and not a penny poorer. THANKS Earl!!! I really appreciate all your help and the great customer service. |
