So I go to your portal and hit the Certify button. It goes to a page that comes up with a big blank field in the middle of it and does nothing. There is a link that says if it doesn't display properly, hit this link. That takes me to a page where I can sign into my account. I sign in and get to a "verify" page. At this point I can not scroll down far enough to get to the bottom of the page. I assume there is a button at the bottom to take me to the next "certify" page, but I can't get no farther than the OAL field. What gives? |

I was able to get past that by doing it on a desktop instead of a laptop. I'm including the information as I go because I have yet to get any response from SS. First one went through OK. Second one said it failed after three tries. Then I noticed that I had two emails, one said it was pending research. It's a CMMG MK57 so there is nothing special and I included pictures of the markings. There is also a payment completed email. So I hope it just needs someone to look at it. It still shows up on the SS portal as ready to certify and certify now. Third one, second CMMG, a MK10 this time, is also Pending Research. Fourth one also is pending research, a Palmetto State Armory AKV. This time I caught a the reason why and it said the manufacturer is unknown? CMMG, Inc. and Palmetto State Armory? Anyone else run into this? I included pictures of markings. Hope that helps. |

So I go back into eforms and I look at the information, specifically the attached files and NONE of the pictures I uploaded when I files the form 1s with SS were attached. NONE. Why did upload the files if you weren't going to pass them along. I can tell you from prior experience with 60 some forms that those files sometimes mean the difference between an approval and a denial. What the heck is going on? |
