I'm interested in making for myself a facsimile of the Gas Pedal with an FRT, as stated in this thread: https://www.ar15.com/forums/ar-15/Recreating-the-Geissele-Gas-Pedal/130-792687/ Today, AS Designs came out with their V2 version of the ARC-Fire FRT, which has a 45 degree semi setting, and a 90 degree FRT mode. The designer expressed in my thread that he would theoretically design a Gas Pedal inspired version of this, which I think could be done just by omitting the third detent, and installing a return spring. He of course doesn't want to run afoul of any existing patents. Can you guys provide any info on this subject? Thanks! |
