Dear Faxon,
Around Thanksgiving of last year I attempted to purchase a Faxon 14.5" 556 pencil barrel with pinned and welded flash hider and 10" carbon fiber handguard from Optics Planet. Unfortunately, they both went on backorder after I submitted (apparently Optics Planet has issues of misstating what is actually in-stock). Why have both of these items, and similar items such as the 16" pencil, been out of stock since about Thanksgiving on the Faxon website? I am very disappointed that you guys are focusing on pistols now instead of your main products (barrels and ar15 parts). It seems that you guys are ignoring your "core business". I understand that your real "core business" is probably making OEM barrels for rifle building companies. However, I am disappointed that your "specialty" pencil barrels have been out of stock so long. - David |
