We try to stay available on the phone from 9am to 9pm Eastern standard time every day. We list two phone numbers for your convenience- 912.379.9441 or 912.375.1480 The second number is my cell phone. It's in my pocket 12 hours a day. I've taken calls and orders after hours on shooting ranges, hiking in the back country, on ski slopes, etc. In short, feel free to call most of the time. Our phone numbers are listed on every page of our website, and under my user name here on the left as well. No need to hunt for them. Unlike some businesses that haven't been around long, we don't hide our contact info- we WANT to hear from you. We've been in business this since 1992 and I've been giving out my cell phone number as well since 1995 when I first got a cell and paid $1. a minute (back then) so customers could get access to us at odd times. After normal business hours we don't have access to old order info, etc. so please keep admin type stuff to normal 9 to 5 hours where we can accommodate you easily. I check email every few minutes during regular hours, so it's not unusual to get a reply within a few minutes. Wanted to add also-
Feel free to use the "private message" function on this forum also. Just understand we are not on the site all day. Therefore private messages are the SLOWEST way to communicate. So for the QUICKEST RESPONSE- use direct email [email protected] or call 912.375.1480 or 912.379.9441 Considering I've taken phone calls sitting with dying relatives, 2 hours after undergoing major surgery, at the Thanksgiving dinner table, even on Christmas day (years back and why we later said we would actually close on Christmas day...) phone remains the fastest way to get us. Oh yeah, and we did decide to close for sure one day of the year- Christmas Day. Phone times are 9am to 9pm EASTERN standard. If it's an admin type request be sure to call during normal hours 9am to 5pm, sorry I can't look up stuff for you if you call at 7pm and I'm at the gym! Why only till 9pm? Cause we do have to sleep some time!!! |
