You'll see no difference in a RRA, BCM or CMMG. I'm fairly certain that Colt outsources the components anyway. The ring itself and retainer snap ring can be had from G&R Tactical. Bbl nuts are fairly easy to source, Thoroughbred Armament has them in stock. The weld spring is a bit tricky to find. |
| Last time I talked to someone at Colt, all Colt made was the barrel, lower and sometimes the uppers. The stamped "C" uppers were made by CMT. I have a bunch of delta ring assemblies that are in package that have Colt parts numbers on them. I can guarantee you someone else made them, like CMT or DPMS. |
