The first has a reticle subtended for the ballistic drop of a generic 5.56 or .308 round. The second has a reticle subtended in MILs ETA: for your purpose, the second would be better, imho Both are SFP, so you are going to have to play with the holdover marks at different magnifications |

I always thought that the drop on 308 and the 6.5 Grendel were pretty evenly matched. I would think that if you are going to stretch it out - you would zoom it up to full six power.... or just do the typical hunt on four power.... Thank you, Red |

Thank you, Red Our recommendation is the NOVA MIL reticle. Yes 6.5Gr does align closely with .308 in terms of drop, but only out to about 500 meters. With a MIL based BDC, you'll be getting more out of your reticle
