Can I get this barrel cut down and threaded 1/2x28 so the shoulder is right at that FSB step (the step towards the muzzle)? It's a midlength handguard sized 16" 22LR pencil barrel, so I'm not sure how this would be measured, and I'm not sure I'd get the measurements close enough anyway. I really need new glasses!  Basically, what I'm trying to do is get it shortened and threaded so the suppressor will index off a nice 0.625 shoulder, but leave enough room to mount an FSB (a surplus M16A1 FSB with the bayonet lug shaved off). The diameter right before the step is approximately 0.565" and the FSB mounting section is 0.625". I mocked it up with the handguard, retainer and FSB on there. There should be about 1/16" between the front of the FSB and the shoulder.
