I don't post much but...I was an idiot and left a battery in a lower-end Vortex AR red dot. The battery leaked but only damaged the cap end. It was my fault for leaving the battery in there; I wrote Vortex to ask if I could buy the battery compartment cap. They asked for my address and got one in the mail to me free of charge. Incredible customer service and I just wanted to give props where due! |
