BCM, You make exceptional products, but you seem to give no cares about us lawful gun owners in Washington State. I ordered only keymod covers. And, I got the following response from you; Hello Digger440, Thank you for contacting us. Due to actions by the State of Washington, and after extensive consultation with expert legal counsel; we have made the difficult decision to suspend all sales to Washington until further notice. This includes any order with a billing or shipping address in Washington. The new rules and its extent are not determinable at this time, and it seems unlikely that the rule will withstand constitutional scrutiny. We oppose the behavior of the current Washington government, however our actions are designed to protect both customers and vendors from liability. We will continue to monitor all legal developments in Washington and support American rights. At this time you order has been canceled and refunded. Have you read the text of Washington HB1240? In not one part of that horrible piece of legislation are keymod rail covers prohibited. This is not GD and I am not here to argue with you. I came in here specifically to ask BCM why they will not sell parts that are not prohibited. I also should have been less disrespectful in my title, edit inbound. I do need to apologize as I was completely in the wrong. |

Why would I bother reading communist legislation? Is anyone actually selling to you guys? Until you get an injunction, I doubt anyone will touch your state with anything but fudd guns and ammo. ETA: Get a 3-D printer. You're gonna need it. |

I utterly failed at having any sort of decorum with my original title. I have edited my completely out of line title and I will apologize again. I would like a BCM rep to explain why a rubber rail cover is a prohibited part. |
