MI, will the Alpha folding stock interfere with a rail when folded?

What rail are you referring? It can fold to either side left or right.

Optic. Will it fold flat to the left if there is an optic rail attached to the left side of the rifle?

If you are running a optic on a mount on the left side you will fold the stock to the right.

Geez! No, no optic mount or optic attached to the optic rail on left side of the receiver. ??

The stock will fold flat to the left if there is a optic mount riveted to the receiver . It may not fold flat if you have the optic mount on that receiver mount .
