| So my hearts abit broken right now. I have an Acro on a Gen 5 19 MOS. Sold my type 2 for it and before the type 2 I had a type 1 and experienced dot flicker. Well so tonight I was doing some small dry fire ( by small I mean literally laying in bed and point click, light rack repeat) and boom dot flicked off on the Acro. I was confused as hell so I racked it again and it came back on. First time it turned off after I pulled the trigger so I tried to replicate this and well I did but now that dots completely gone, won’t even come back on if I press the buttons. Keep in mind this unit is new and has barely even been touched. |

Well that's a huge bummer... Same issue here. Aimpoint sent a brand new unit no questions asked. Send an email to their customer service and they'll send you a shipping label.

| Is the battery cover as tight as possible? I've had Aimpoints come from the factory with battery caps that weren't fully tight causing this problem. |
