If asked already sorry… Stopped by my LGS and saw a few Colt AR-15A4 marked rifles. I have several colts including a new commando sbr from our friends at AU, side note the process has been great an so has AU. Sorry for the side bar…. ? Both of them have the new markings with selector stops and ambi selectors. One has a square marked upper with cage code and a square marked carry handle, the other has a key hole with a square carry handle without a cage code. ? The LGS wants $1,100 for them. I know several of you have seen them for $900 +/- on line. Should I roll the dice for a few hundred dollars and not get the correct one with a cage code or not? Thanks guys |

If LGS has one with all the proper markings on all parts such as receiver, BCG, etc Id get that (I don’t care about cage vs C drama). Buying online you’ll never know what you’ll get. Same goes for aesthetics defects.. yeah it’s a tool blah blah |
