Will any of the collapsibles get the AP5 to the magical 29" for us Marylanders?

My AP5 (fullsize) with A3 stock is 26.5" overall with the stock extended. If you had and A3F type stock, that's maybe 1.25" longer, so still under 29"

Full size with F stock is 27.25"
