I picked up a DD RIS III from Midway and realized during install that the 6 screws with the plastic washers that are used to mount the lower portion of the rail to the upper, were missing from the box.

I sent a message to the support team last night, and tried calling the number online but it goes to a mailbox that doesn’t accept messages.
