Parallax knob broke on a 3-15x42x FFP Tactical scope. I bought the scope used many, many years ago and it's seen a lot of use from me. Email customer support...had a response back within a couple of hours. Skylar was actually emailing me at 11pm at night to answer my questions. Had a brand new scope show up on my doorstep today.
