I emailed AU this morning, got the following reply below; I wouldn't expect to get anything you ordered this week however. Maybe they need to work some OT in the shipping dept. Copypastad from the other thread: Mine arrived this morning. Ordered Feb 11, right at a month to get it. I checked my CC statement and saw that it wasn't charged until Mar 6, so there's that. Fit to the barrel nut is good and tight, no noticeable play. The walls could be a little thicker, but not much. The gap to slide over the barrel measures 0.865" by my caliper. An old 20" 1/9 Colt Hbar is too thick in the middle to clear the gap in the wrench. Nor will it clear the gas block/front sight base. That means if the heavier barrels are thicker than 0.865" then the gas block will have to be removed to get the wrench on. Standard profile barrels won't be a problem. No heavy 694x, M5, IAR barrels here so it will work for me but it might have been better to make it tubular for additional strength. Not going to unscrew one just to test the wrench strength. |

| FWIW in the Colt Armorers in regards to the 6940 it states to torque to 30' then release, then to 45' release, then to 60'. You can see a not so clear picture of the Colt tool being used with a beam type torque wrench. But used guns won't need seasoned. Tighten to 60' and your done. |
