I built my first 6.5 Grendel a few weeks a go. I finally got to take it hog hunting tonight.
It was about a 125 yard shot. I used 100 gr Barnes TTSX with 30.5 gr H335. 18" Sabre Defense barrel.

Nice shooting, and thanks for sharing the pic.
A couple questions, if you don't mind. Is that a chrome-lined or a stainless tube? Any idea of the weight of the barrel or the complete gun? I eyed an 18" Sabre for my second Grendel build, but I went AA 16" partially because of weight and mostly because of price. |
