Anyone know if there were “dot matrix” style “C” marked uppers? I saw the below pic and it looks like it to me but hard to tell. I seem only to remember seeing raised and stamped.

I’ve also seen a pic without the CAGE of a dot matrix C that looked a little off (almost done by hand) but that also had a “sanitized” CAGE on it. Do you happen to remember seeing any uppers with just a dot matrix C and the forge mark? |

Originally Posted By brodband8: Its a C stamp. All the other rounded things in that photo look blocky. It's just the resolution of the image giving it the appearance of a dot matrix. I agree it isn’t the best pic, it was these 2 areas that make me thing it is dot matrix. I don’t think a normal C stamp would look like that.
