That is is.

I copy a few files into the month's directory, fill in a config file and fire it up.

Once the contest is over I have to do some manual editing and adding the winner info to the summary page.

On occasion I have to chase down things that get broken when the site is updated but that that doesn't happen all that often.

I really should spend a weekend rewriting the whole mess to eliminate the remaining manual bits.
