I'd bet when Fingar called them, they had no idea (and still don't) what this could actually mean. Full steam ahead! Let's knock their socks off. From their website:  Shannon and Kris We are military wives who have each been touched by breast cancer. Kris is a survivor who was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer(IDC) and underwent a lumpectomy, node removal, re-excision and radiation therapy. Shannon is a co-survivor. Her mother was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast cancer, which is rare and only affects a small percentage of women. She supported and cared for her mother who sadly passed away five months later. Each woman has faced her own journey. In the military new recruits are assigned a battle buddy. Battle buddies are responsible for each others well being. Warrior Angels welcome the opportunity to be your battle buddy. We want nothing more than to support you in the way that is most meaningful. I'm in for a few.
An idea for those who plan on getting a six pack or so, can we get a business card or similar in the wrapper for the group that these are supporting? As they are handed out it would just give the group(s) a little more exposure. Just a thought. Thanks again to Mark and ARFCOM for doing yet another wonderful thing.
