So i was convicted of saying something I never did and they took away my gun rights. My brother was being vindictive since he was removed from being POA. turns out they made statements to the doctor that mom was delusional a week before the allegations were made against me. He never disclosed that and kept it hidden and even possibly from the prosecution. and under the brady rule they were required to disclose that info but didnt. so i am looking for a lawyer who could help. I dont know if my public defender can help but weve been going through the appeal process when i came across this information as they also are trying to get the state to make elder abuse and the state provided the documents |
