Our own Alan Beck (Wolfwood) is preparing to challenge the City of Wilmington (City Code 36-161) and New Castle County (County Code 22.03.010) bans on Stun guns and Tasers. As some of you know, he has successfully fought and had overturned bans in NY, NJ, HI and just a few days ago, Rhode Island. Now, he's ready to tackle these Unconstitutional bans in Delaware, but he needs people that live in or work in both the city limits of Wilmington, AND separately, New Castle County that wish to have or carry a Taser, to be plaintiffs in the suit.
