Looking at a few lots in Whispering Hills about 15 mins west of Cheyenne. South of 219/Happy Jack at Boundary Rd. Anyone have any insights on the area or this subdivision? Thx in advance. GP |

GP Biggest thing is to remember is they shut that part of the road down if the snow is blowing good enough, so have a good snow blower and 4wd. |

GP As stated, they close that area down when the weather gets bad enough and it does get windy as fuck (but so does everyplace else), but it is a nice area. If I could have the same amount of land as I do 15min east of Cheyenne off Campstool, I’d take it in a heartbeat. |
