I live on the south side of 84 in Meridian and would like to go shoot somewhere that I can stretch out the legs a little bit I understand that there is a ton of BLM land south of me, just looking for recommendations on where is a good place to go. Ideally under an hour drive. |

I used to love going out there to shoot. That was before the latest wave of California Flat Billed Retards started migrating this way. I just go to Blacks Creek Range during one of the 15 minute intervals they’re actually open and thats preferable to the stupidity I’ve seen out in the desert. Fuck this area, it's dangerous as hell out there. Your better off driving south on 95 up over the pass and taking one of the gravel roads east, way less people to none. The big gravel road that goes up to the Idaho Materials gravel pit is a good road with tons of safe shooting and as much distance as you want. |
