Looking recommendations of honest/fair dealers to take some scrap silver and gold to sell.  Mostly old jewelry and coins and sterling silverware sets.  Preferably in SE WI area. Even better if it's in Washington or Oz counties.

I know a guy on the other side of the state, and a place in twin cities, came to say that 76-80% of melt should be the target for scrap.  Any less, you should find another place.
