@comma No I never run my engines "dry". I always wet store for extended storage. Reason being is that Ethanol leaves behind a corrosive fungus when exposed to air. That fungus can attack your brass and aluminum internal carb parts. When your equipment is exposed to daily wide temperature deviations , condensation develops. if you see condensation on the outside, it's on the inside as well. Condensation will rust metal parts. Parts exposed to gas will not rust. I always store my equipment with a FULL tank of fuel, add Startron , and add some Drygas. I have generators, motorcycles, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and my lawn tractor. All stored the same way. ZERO ethanol issues . Really good stuff I 100% trust ! https://starbrite.net/star-tron-enzyme/ |
