What to do in Odessa?

I'm going to be in Odessa for two days on June 1. Anything to see or do there? Any good gun stores to check out?

Ally Outdoors,SK Arms and Alpha One in Midland.
A good steakhouse (Cowboy Prime) is very close to Ally.

Odessa has a few hole in the wall gun shops (one guy will make a hell of a deal on ammo for cash)
Otherwise, spend your free time in Midland.
