What's the law for trunk rifles out there? Any issue with a visible gun rack on a pickup or mule/atv?

AFAIK, the only rules on transporting firearms in vehicles relates to loaded firearm, which requires a CCW. I believe 62.1-02-10 is what you seek. http://www.legis.nd.gov/cencode/t62-1c02.pdf (interestingly enough, it states "handgun, rifle, or shotgun". I wonder if that means my mak-skatter is no longer halal in a vehicle...if I were so inclined.) |

Well I got pulled over with 2 ARs on my back seat and the deputy did not give a shit
