My go-to guy isn't transferring yet. Not quite sure what he is waiting on. We should start a list of Florida dealers that are transferring suppressors on a 4473. Please respond with their business name, address and phone number. I am not the government, this is not a data mining thread. Just saying. Thanks. I'm doing my part, THIS! The more that legally (in full, open view of the government) bypass the NFA, the harder it will be for any prosecutor to gain a conviction for any NFA silencer violation. People don’t think the 5A be what it is, but it do. <——-not a lawyer, not giving legal advice. ETA- “Top Gun” in Daytona is NOT doing silencer transfers without a form 4. Just an FYI |

| Shark Coast in Sarasota just transferred me my second 4473 can. From the other thread, Tampa Arms Corp is loud and proud about doing 4473 cans and I believe Valhalla something or other in St Pete announced recently they were going to start. All the places in Brandon still seem to be holding off as far as I know. |
