| Fiance and I are looking for Venues. We found one in Springfield called The Maybelle but have yet to get a response so if anyone knows those folks... That would be awesome... We are basically having a wedding for about 15 close family and friends.. Then a couple hrs later Throw a reception for about 75 folks... Anybody have any ideas or places? Without spending a ridiculous amount of (wedding stupidity) money. Id love to get out for 10k or less.. Some places are open to vendors, Which we have no idea on ... We were planning on getting hitched in Charleston at their courthouse. But they shut that down during covid.. Any leads would be great. |

Charleston Tn is 3~ hours from the Springfield Tn area and is East Tennessee as well. What area are you looking at in particular? Without knowing your location im going to open with Tennessee State Parks host weddings. They have modest fees and a vast array of backgrounds and spaces. A lot of people overlook them though. |

How far west? The Crossing at Kerrville North of Millington TN. It is an old general store. My daughter was married there. Nice small place. She had 100ish there comfortably. They have an outdoor wedding area and two indoor areas that can swap between wedding and reception. They also have an overnight bridal suite just around the corner. $3k-4k per day. Need your own caterer. Heartwood Hall in Piperton TN. It is an old plantation home. Bigger than the above with nice indoor and outdoor areas with more property to have lots of nice pics. My niece was married there. Very nice place with a much bigger reception hall. I think $5k-6k. Pin Oak in Somerville. Big and expensive. We have not been here. $7k-9k. The Robbinshaw Wedding venue in Piperton TN, $8k-9k. |

The Barn at Snider Farms This place is in the Denmark area. About 10-15 minutes outside Jackson in west Tn. Don’t know there rates. They regularly host weddings. Some in the barn and some outside by their pond. They also host other events at times as well. |

Ruby Cora in Clarksville is nice and relatively cheap. Annie Acres is about 15 minutes west from downtown Nashville but you'd never know it, it's pretty secluded. The owners are good people. I had a family member get married at Ruskin Cave in Dickson. Nice venue. |
