Absolutely fucking criminal.  And everyone involved will get away with it, including the politicians who got bribed along the way.

There are lots of manufacturers - myself included - who have real projects we can't get funded, because we don't play the game you have to play to get all that sweet taxpayer money.

We need private investors with the patience to realize a long term vision for the next 20-40 years, not just a 3X return in 18 months.

Government is not going to restore American manufacturing; we have to do it ourselves.
