Did anyone else go to parties out here? Shoot. Drive/ ride off-road. They are building a Cardinals facility there now.  Between Desert Ridge and Scottsdale road will be pavement. Not a hippie. I miss the old Arizona. |

I used to shoot just off of Happy Valley Road....that's probably dating me. I remember spaces between a LOT of our metro towns. We need a cull. PHX Metro area was perfect at about 1.5 to 2 million people. After that, things started going down hill. |

In 1971, I had a sail plane ride from there. I later decided to get a private pilot (powered) license. I joined Academy Flyers...flew ouf of Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix. Jerry Foster signed off on my certification 8/13/1972. |
