My county (Yavapai) put out a warning on these guys specifically. They claim they're non-partisan. They bring in $37 million a year. Mission statement: TO INCREASE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AMONG UNDER-REPRESENTED COMMUNITIES INCLUDING UNMARRIED WOMEN, PEOPLE OF COLOR, AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AS WELL AS PEOPLE WHO SHARE THE VALUES OF INCREASING THE PARTICIPATION OF SUCH COMMUNITIES. President is THOMAS LOPACH, a hardcore democrat from Montana. Board chair is Gail Kitch who wrote the article linked. Hard Left. You can go on throughout their entire 990 filing and I'm sure the rest are just as lefty. It's a ballot/voter registration harvesting scam organization. |
