From WMUR: PETERBOROUGH, N.H. A Wilton woman is suing the state of New Hampshire over the end of its vehicle inspection program because of concerns about air quality. Marilyn Jonas said she has lived with asthma almost her entire life, and she believed the end of annual car emissions testing could have long-term effects on air quality in New Hampshire. --- What I find interesting is that Gordon-Darby is also part of this lawsuit. These people need to fall off a cliff or something. --- In the lawsuit Jonas filed this week, she's joined by Gordon-Darby, the company that ran New Hampshire's testing program. Gordon-Darby has separately sued the state over similar issues. |

| These people are beating a dead horse. A woman, who's had asthma all her life is now complaining about air quality. Protip, you have a shitty raspatory system regardless of "air quality". Also, Darby just needs to give up. EVEN if they get it overturned, the state has said they are no longer a valid vendor. |

Cars are tested at the factory. https://www.epa.gov/vehicle-and-fuel-emissions-testing/vehicle-certification-and-compliance-testing Still wondering why it takes the EPA over a year to sign a thing. I mean it's the government, but even that is extreme. |
