Kind of a weird question. I have an M&P pistol that has been registered as an SBR. I have a Recover Tactical chasis with stock for when I want it in "rifle" mode, but otherwise its a regular pistol. I want to gift it to a friend. I'm aware of the Form 4 process, but do we also need to have a dealer do a BGC like I was transferring a regular title 1 handgun? Thanks in advance! |
