Okay so thanks to the good work of Nolo and Wolfwood, taser's are finally going to be legal here beginning Jan. 1 of next year. Not much info is out there about what we will have to go through to purchase one much less if we are going to be able to carry one (not likely I know). Anyone here have any info to add? Mahalo! |

No requirements on the purchaser. The seller has a lot of stuff they need to do. You could buy one on the mainland and bring it back here. Next year the legislature will probably pass a bill to require permitting and registration on them. |
