If you understand the title of this thread, maybe you can help.

My Mom died a few years back and left 4 lots to my siblings and me. After some negotiations, one of my brothers and I will split the land into two lots for each; the other siblings have either ceded or sold their right to us evenly.

How do we go about getting the deed transferred into our names?

Probably have a local real estate attorney draft a quitclaim deed for each lot from each of the siblings who are giving up their interests, in favor of you and your brother.  Then have the quitclaim deeds recorded and indexed.
