Did everyone make it safely through the flooding. I know a section of the Black River near Annapolis had a record peak on Friday around noon according to the NOAA Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service. Huzzah Valley Resort had three feet of water in their store, which if you are familiar with it that is damned high water. |

SE Mo, Fredericktown/Madison county here. We have a lot of low lying areas with a good bit of water and a bunch of small bridges that are damaged and impassable. Haven't heard if any rescues real close, but have heard of several a bit south west and a few a half hour or so North of us. Saw a video where outside the house, the water was up to an adult horse's neck and up to the kitchen counters inside. The shocking part is just how fast it came up. |
