You are referring to Measure 114 - which is not in effect - a simple google search will show you that. You are making a decision as a company not to sell magazines which are still currently legal to purchase by law abiding gun owners. Your company has the right to sell your products at your discretion, and I have the right to make it known that Shield Arms does not support 2A on public websites such as AR-15.com, Firearm Forums, Gun Forums and Reddit. Shield Arms isn't the first and won't be the last. I've had orders canceled at other retailers going back to late November for the same reason. It sucks, but with legal chirping in their ears about liability, none seem likely to change course. As for your S15 mags, Bass Pro has them in stock and was shipping to Oregon as recently as December. They're running over the current Shield Arms sales pricing, but it's an option. |
