The online web portal to register AW's and renew pistol permit's is currently down. Been down for several days. Special Licensing and Firearms states the following on their website:

"*The online portal is currently down for maintenance until further notice."

*** UPDATE ***
As of 3pm Tuesday (2/20/24) the online portal is active again.

Hackers?
Or did Neddy sell the collected data to raise some more revenue?

Of course they'll accept mail in DPS-414-C form. They even state it right on the same web page indicating the online portal is down:

Effective 9/14/2023, SLFU has opened an online portal for you to register your “2023 assault weapon” pursuant to PA 23-53. This registration will need to be completed by 5/1/2024.  For the most recent version of the Assault Weapon Certificate Application (DPS-414c) click HERE.  For the instructions on how to complete the online AW registration, click HERE. To access the online registration portal, click HERE. This process can still be completed by mail; however, it is STRONGLY recommended that you utilize the online portal.

We certainly get a lot of value and competency for our tax dollars.

Portal is back online. Was able to log in without issue at 3pm EDT.
