I asked this question once before but life got in the way. Anyone have a recs for a agent in Travelers Rest / North Greenville area? Any agent can send me Zillow or Redfin listings. I need someone with good local knowledge. I have been here a year now and my lease is converting to month to month. Inventory is weak. So waiting for a zillow listing may be futile. Thanks |

| If you're still looking for an agent I must recommend Eric Mitchell. He actually returns your calls or texts. When we moved here in 2020 he was patient and thorough through and through. I'd ask for tax maps and he would get me a link within minutes most times, an hour or two at most. |

If you’re still looking I am a Broker out of Campobello . I primarily work with a builder doing listings but I can help if your in my area or set you up with someone like minded that will treat you great. The laws and rules for Buyers Agents have made quite the transition and not everyone understands what they are getting into. You could put yourself in a bad spot owing a lot of money to an agent if you aren’t savvy of the changes. I live in the area your looking at Landrum to be specific. If you want to ask questions about the area etc out side of real estate hit me up. I am in the part that is about 3 min from being Greer or 5 min from being a TR address. |
